There’s nothing like starting with a clean slate. New ideas, new goals, a new vision – they all propel us toward our highest aspirations.
Recently, there was a severe thunderstorm in our area. Mother Nature was displaying grandiose acts of magnificent force, and it was spectacular. The next morning, the skies were crystal clear, the air was crisp and fresh, and all was calm.
It felt like a new beginning! So it is with business.
Every 90 days, or every quarter, we have the opportunity to start over, to clear the air and bring forth the projects we are excited to work on.
It’s great that you have annual plans, but I recommend breaking those plans down in blocks of 90 days. It’s more manageable that way.
So, here are a few questions for you:
- What projects are you working on over the next 90 days that will help you move the needle forward in your business?
- What collaborative plans are you and your team working on that will help build the business or organization of your dreams?
- Who are the designated team members to help you execute and implement those plans?
- What systems are you using to empower your team’s workflow and productivity with ease and efficiency?
Last month, we launched ProPlanr in public beta at the South by Southwest Interactive Conference in Austin, Texas.
It was an honor to participate as an alternate finalist in the Release It Pitch contest, where thousands of startups apply from all over the world, but only ten were selected to pitch their startups to an audience of judges – think Shark Tank.
ProPlanr organizes all your plans, projects, and tasks in one system.
As of this writing, you can check out ProPlanr for all your individual plans, projects, and tasks for free while it is in public beta.
Hang tight. The team version is coming soon! We are working on it.
In the meantime, go ahead and take it for a test-drive and give us your feedback. We’d love to know what you think.
Better yet, if you’d like a personal, one-on-one demo, let us know, and we will set up a time to make that happen: Brenda at ProPlanr dot com.
