Hello Cat, since you have been on the system before you might need to clear your cache to get the latest version of the Demo. Below are instructions for clearing your cache on some browsers. Give this a try.
For Mac Safari:
Click on Safari on the menu
Click on Empty Cache
Click on Empty Button
For Mac FireFox:
1 On the menu bar, click on the ToolsFirefoxEdit menu, and select Options…Preferences….
2 Select the Advanced panel.
3 Click on the Network tab.
4 In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
5 Click OK to close the Options windowClick Close to close the Preferences windowClose the Preferences window

For Google Chrome on Mac
Select Chrome > Clear Browsing Data on the menu bar.
Select the checkboxes for the types of information you wish to remove (JUST CHECK Empty the Cache).
Use the “Clear data from this period” menu to select the amount of data you want to delete.
Click Clear Browsing Data.
i got password thing too..unable to sign up
Sorry about that. Does it ask you for name, e-mail and password or just password? We have had others sign up ok. I tried if from both mac and pc using several different browsers. Can't replicate the problem. What kind of computer are you using Mac or PC? What browser are you using Internet Exploxer, FireFox, Safari, Chrome or some other?

That is the correct screen. You input your name and e-mail address it automatically adds you to the drawing and lets you see the Getting Started with Social Media for Small Business DEMO.
Did you put this information in and then it asked you for a password?
ok then =) …maybe you should mention that in the notes.. usually when u see that, its like a “wait i dont have an account” moment…and you dont want to mess with it…thanx mystery solved!
